South African Paramedic Services has been in operation since 1999 and was a sister company to Western Cape Paramedic Services which was founded in 1994. Our services have initially focused on the transport of ill and and injured patients offering high quality care. The service also diversified into the events field to offer the same high standard to sporting events, such as motorsport, equestrian events, contract work to industry as well as offering aeromedical assistance.

We offer, Advanced Life Support (ICU), Intermediate Life Support and Basic Life Support care to our patients in the acute and chronic phases. Events services encompass, but not limited to, motor racing, equestrian events, rugby games, large gatherings requiring medical staff, water related events, film industry and more.
